This privacy policy applies to the Home Spark Guide app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Imagine360 Inc. The company is referred to in this policy as the Service Provider.

Information obtained by the Application

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.

Location information

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Third-party access

Since the Application does not collect information through normal use, no personal data from the Application is shared with third parties.

Opt-out rights

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by contacting adrienpatel6@gmail.com.

Data Retention

Home Spark Guide is designed as a local-first application. Any saved preferences, favorite tips, recently viewed items, or app settings remain on your device until you delete them, clear app storage, or uninstall the Application. Information voluntarily sent to the Service Provider by email may be retained only for as long as needed to respond to the request, maintain basic business records, or comply with legal obligations.

Data Deletion

You can delete local Application data by clearing the Application storage in your device settings or uninstalling the Application. To request deletion of information you voluntarily provided outside the Application, contact adrienpatel6@gmail.com. The Service Provider will respond to deletion requests in accordance with applicable law.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not at risk from use of the Application alone. If personal information is voluntarily provided through other means by a person under the applicable age, a parent or guardian must provide consent where permitted by law.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure through normal Application use is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it holds.

Data Breach Notification

Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a breach affecting Application personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving data you voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.

Changes

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek consent to material changes before they take effect. Your Consent

If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
